Rick and Tammy,
What a terrific Texas hunt! This (delicious) elk cow is my first with a bow. What a thrill it was to see the group of cows come up over the rise and walk towards our blind. I have that shot etched in my “hunt” memory. I can recall it perfectly. Rick, you really put us on them – Just Perfect. What an opportunity for me. I will be back for turkeys, hogs, and …Deer! Rick/Tammy and Crew,
WOW, not only did I take my first bow-hunted elk, I then had this terrific chance at a young, tender buffalo. Rick, you called it and put us on them just right. What a blast! My first archery buffalo and elk on one trip! Thanks for giving me such a wonderful experience. (this fellow has been tender and delicious – what great roasts and backstraps, too! YUM!) I’ll be back! Rick, Thanks again for a Good Hunt. The animals were spooky from so many being taken this year. But you figured out a way to put us on them. I came away with a nice young cow bison. Brent Stephens accommodated us again with wonderful processing service.

Thanks for the great hunt! I enjoyed the elk hunting trip with Rick as guide on the Buffalo Mountain Ranch. It was special being with my grandson on our first elk hunt. I took the 6×6 elk at 52 yards with a cross bow. Gary took a 6×6 with a bow. I would recommend a hunting trip with Rick to anyone! I’m looking forward to another hunt in the future. Thanks Again, W.
